If you're anything like me, peanut butter desserts are a whole different love language. There’s just something about that salty-sweet, rich peanut butter flavor packed into a soft, chewy blondie bar that’s completely irresistible.
These Peanut Butter Blondies are the ultimate dessert for peanut butter fans. Think of them as the chewy, buttery cousin of brownies. They’re easy, quick, and dangerously good. You’ve been warned.
Why You’ll Love These Peanut Butter Blondies
✔ Ultra Chewy Texture Soft centers with perfectly golden, slightly crisp edges.
✔ Bold Peanut Butter Flavor Creamy, rich, and not overly sweet.
✔ Optional Add-Ins Chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, or even a drizzle of melted chocolate. customize them your way!
Perfect for Any Occasion
Need a quick dessert for a party, bake sale, or just a peanut butter craving that won’t quit? These blondies have you covered. They’re also sturdy enough to pack in lunches or gift to friends (if you can part with them — no judgment if you can’t).
I love making these for after-school snacks, potlucks, or even just as a cozy weekend treat with a cold glass of milk or hot coffee. They come together in minutes and disappear just as fast.
Tips for Blondie Success
Don’t Overbake: The key to chewy blondies is pulling them from the oven when the center still looks slightly soft they’ll continue to set as they cool.
Customize It: Toss in chocolate chips, white chocolate chunks, chopped peanuts, or even swirl in extra peanut butter on top before baking.
1
Searing the Beef
Sear beef fillets on high heat for 2 minutes per side to form a golden crust. Let it cool before proceeding to keep the beef tender.
2
Mushroom Duxelles
Cook the mushrooms until all moisture evaporates to prevent soggy pastry. Aim for a thick, paste-like consistency.
3
Puff Pastry Handling
Keep the puff pastry cold to avoid softness. Chill if it becomes too soft, and score the top lightly without cutting through.
