Ingredients:
-1 box Betty Crocker™ Oreo Brownie Mix
Plus Ingredients listed on the box (usually oil, water, and egg)
-1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
-2 cups whipped topping (such as Pastry Pride, Cool Whip, or homemade)
-1 packet Oreo crumbs (from the brownie mix box)
Optional: Whole Oreos for topping
🗒️Instructions:
1. Prepare and bake the Oreo Betty Crocker brownie mix in an 8x8-inch pan according to package directions.
(Skip adding the Oreo crumbs that come in the box, save those for the cheesecake layer!)Let the brownies cool completely.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.Fold in the whipped topping until well combined and fluffy. Stir in the reserved Oreo crumbs from the brownie mix.
3.Once the brownies are cool, evenly spread the Oreo cheesecake mixture on top. (For extra Oreo goodness, press a few whole Oreos into the top before slicing.)
For a firmer cheesecake layer, chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
