Ingredients:
3 bananas ( really ripe, like really really ripe)
1 stick of butter(1/2 cup) softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs slightly beaten
1/4 cup whole milk (any milk will do)
Directions:
preheat your oven to 350F and spray your loaf pan with non stick baking spray.
In a small bowl mix the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, set aside
Using a stand or hand mixer combine the bananas, butter and eggs.
Add in the vanilla and milk to the banana mixture and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes.
Add in your flour mixture and fill your loaf pans.
Bake for 45-55 minutes (depending on your loaf pan size you may need longer)
Let your banana bread cool before enjoying!
