Ingredients :

Two sticks( 1 cup) of salted butter, softened

1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar

1 egg plus 1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

2 teaspoons of baking powder

2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

2-4 drops green food color

Red Heart sprinkles

(Extra sugar for rolling)


Directions:

1.Preheat your oven to 340°F in line a cookie sheet with parchment paper


  1. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix together your butter and sugar until light and fluffy


3.Add in your eggs, food color and vanilla extract and mix well


4.Add in your baking powder and give a quick mix before adding in your flour


5.Scoop your cookie dough into 1 tablespoon size into the sugar, roll around and top with a heart sprinkle then bake for 10 to 12 minutes


6.Allow the cookies to cool on the pan before enjoying🎄
